Above is now looking for a talented Experience Innovation intern to join us in either our Malmö or Stockholm studios starting August or September 2026. For the best experience on both sides, and to really get to know each other, we prefer an internship duration of 5-6 months. This is a great opportunity for you to develop your skills and get to know more about agency life!

You will get the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary project teams on a wide variety of design & innovation projects for some of the world's most exciting clients. What we are looking for

You might be an interaction designer with a passion for technology, a design technologist with a strong UX sensibility, or something in between. We are more interested in your perspective and way of working than your formal background. These are the things we are looking for when reviewing candidates:

• An inspiring design portfolio; strong conceptual thinking, good ideas, and a healthy dose of creativity

• A holistic, medium-agnostic approach to design challenges, comfortable moving between digital interfaces, physical interactions, and everything in between

• A hands-on mentality; you reach for a prototype early and often, across a broad range of fidelities and mediums, from Figma and Arduino to CAD, 3D printing, and a healthy relationship with duct tape and glue guns

• Technical curiosity and familiarity with (emerging) prototyping tools and technologies, from electronics and code to generative AI tools and agentic workflows; you use them as a springboard for exploration and problem-solving

• Aesthetic sensibility balanced with a thoughtful, user-centered approach

• Ability to adapt your methods and process to the needs of the project

• A humble, self-driven and optimistic attitude; a fast learner with a genuine willingness to grow

• A team player with solid verbal and visual communication skills
